Rainforest Dining Experience with transfers from Cairns, Palm Cove & Northern Beaches. An exquisite evening of dining in the rainforest, beneath our glittering canopy of crystal chandeliers. The Rainforest Dining Experience will transport you into a world beyond your imagination, so relaxing and uplifting for your soul you will never want to leave!

A completely intimate, natural evening enclosed by rainforest, the spectacle of the setting will take your breath away, as you dine on a locally sourced, six course tropical tasting menu accompanied by a selection of fabulous wines. Relax and unwind with your loved one during the evening as you are serenaded by our wonderful resident acoustic guitarist Stu Forbes.

Book a table for two (or more) and enjoy a six course tasting menu of local flavours accompanied by premium Australian wines, beers and soft drinks whilst enjoying the mellow sounds of a solo acoustic guitarist.

Lightly seared kangaroo loin carpaccio served with a rocket, parmesan and Spanish onion salad with fresh truffle oil dressed with aged balsamic glaze
Smoked crocodile rillette with crisp ciabatta croute and salsa verde
House made prawn tortellini in a fennel cream sauce with fresh garden herbs
Pan seared Coral Trout on sauteed seasonal greens with a lemon myrtle infused beurre blanc
Lightly marinated & roasted lamb loin accompanied by confit eggplant and semi dried cherry tomatoes, finished with a red wine jus
Black sapote pave with orange blossom cream and pistachio nut praline
