Great day trip to Port Arthur. I'm not normally a 'bus tour' type traveller but as I didn;t have a car during my trip to Hobart this seemed like the easiest way to see Port Arthur. And I had a lovely day so I'm delighted I chose to be a 'bus tour traveller'!! The trip had about 13 people on it and we were all picked up from our various accomodation in the city. There was an opportunity to get some bits for lunch during the first stop of the day and enough stops during the rest of the day that you could easily pick up food and water when needed. The tour guide was friendly and very knowledgable (Theresa I think her name was....). I opted to visit the Tassie Devil Park which was a good opportunity to meet some Tassie devils. However this did mean that my time at Port Arthur was only about 2.5 hrs and in hindsight I think I would have opted out of the Tassie Devil Park and had more time at Port Arthur. All in all a great experience and when I next visit Tassie I look forward to completing the other tours the company offer.

It was an activities-filled day tour which I enjoyed tremendously. Visited Sorell, Devil's Arch, had a good bush walk, Doo town. Highlights are Port Arthur (stunning place once used to keep prisoners), Devils conservation park (small and not crowded, get to see devils, bird show, interact with kangeroos n wallabies freely), and Richmond (old town with 3 oldest structures in Australia). Good job by guide Chino. He is knowledgable and friendly. An excellent driver too. I also like that it is a small group and stopovers are all quite interesting (no souvenir shop or hard selling products kinda stopovers) https://www.tripadvisor.com.au/ShowUserReviews-g255097-d2355810-r217733616-Tours_Tasmania-Hobart_Greater_Hobart_Tasmania.html#
