Fitzroy Island Ferry Check-in Procedure

For Fitzroy Island Resort Guests:
Please check in at the Fitzroy Island Booking Centre, located at Shop 2/1 Spence Street, Cairns.
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

After check-in, the reservation team will direct you to Berth 20 at Marlin Marina for boarding.
Luggage allowance is one large suitcase and one small item per person.
Please note: Eskies, cooler boxes, beach trollies, stand-up paddleboards, and kayaks are not permitted. The resort does not store refrigerated items (except for medication).

Pre-booking your ferry is essential, especially during school holidays or peak times.

For Day Visitors (not staying overnight):
You may go directly to the vessel for check-in.
Make your way down Marlin Wharf ‘A Finger’, past the Reef Fleet Terminal. Turn left at the end of the wharf – the Fitzroy Flyer departs from Berth 20, halfway down on your right.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure, and boarding closes 15 minutes prior.
