Departure times & locations
Each day has a different start time. The Hobart Tour starts at either 8:00am or 9:00am and the Port Arthur Tour has 8 pickup locations in which the operator will assign to you beforehand. The Bruny Island Tour departs Hobart at 7:30am. Hotel pickups will start prior to that time. The operator will confirm via email your closest pickup location.
Your day at a glance:
Day 1: Hobart
- 8:00am hotel pick up
- Take in the breath taking views 1272m above Hobart at Mt. Wellington
- Visit Richmond Village to explore this quaint little township
- Have a guided commentary through the major attractions/landmarks of the city
- 90 mins to enjoy Salamanca Market, one of the largest markets in the world (Saturdays only)
- Hand feed Kangaroos and see all the unique Australian wildlife at Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary (optional)
- Visit MONA Museum, a world renowned museum full of new, old, weird and quirky art
- Free cheese sampling at Wicked Chesse
- 2:00pm hotel drop off (4:00pm on Saturday)
Day 2 - Bruny Island
Please note: The Bruny Island Tour doesn’t have a set itinerary and the locations of the tour would vary depending on the weather conditions of the day.
- Capture the iconic picture of Bruny Island at the famous Neck Lookout
- Explore the little seaside township and take in its beautiful views and beach at Adventure bay
- Walk through the tempered rain forest, and go in search for the unique albino Wallaby
- Light house at cape Bruny (subject to the day group and weather conditions)
- Have a beautiful short walk to a secluded beach which the tourists don't know about
- Lunch at the Bruny Island Pub where you can sample the fresh local fish and chips and more (at own cost)
- Stop and sample the Local honey, Oysters and Cheese
Day 3: Port Arthur
- 10:30am depart Hobart
- 12:00pm arrive Port Arthur
- 4:00pm depart Port Arthur
- 5:30pm arrive Hobart
Things To Bring
- Wear activewear & comfortable shoes.
- Pack your thongs, towel, bathers, hat, sunnies, sunscreen, a bottle of water and some snacks.
- It's a good idea to bring a jacket and don't forget your camera as there are plenty of photo opportunities!

This Bruny Island tour was awesome!!
We had the best guide/driver (Bunzy) and group. Ferry trip over and back was great, with beautiful views everywhere you looked.
We enjoyed large, fresh oysters, honey and ice-cream, cheese, a fun filled lunch at Bruny Hotel, a nature walk and beach views. The lookout at the lighthouse was worth the walk as were the breathtaking views at The Neck.
We had the best day, we chatted, laughed, took pics and enjoyed the tour and each others company, so much so, we continued when we got back.
