3 Hour Dolphin & Whale Cruise
Embark on a winter journey of discovery and witness the magnificent and whales & dolphins along Phillip Island's stunning southern coast. From June to early August, be transported past the cliffs of Cape Woolamai and along the picturesque coastline. Look for Humpback and Southern Right Whales during their yearly migration and keep an eye out for playful dolphin pods, inquisitive seals, and a range of bird species, including the Wandering Albatross.
The whales may display a range of behaviors including tail and peduncle slapping, spy-hopping, breaching, feeding, and simply passing through. The resident common or bottlenose dolphins are a common sight on these cruises, often seen playing in the bow's wake. Our knowledgeable captain and crew will provide insightful commentary and wildlife interpretation throughout the tour.
