Chefs in Paradise 2019 Dinner Series

Port Douglas' favourite dinner series is back in 2019! Harrisons by Spencer Patrick and the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort present 12 chefs at 6 dinners over 6 months at 1 fabulous location!

Each dinner will be held at Harrisons on Level 1 at the Sheraton and each will be hosted by two visiting chefs from some of the best restaurants in Australia.

You will enjoy canapes and a glass of bubbles on arrival followed by four courses matched with wine. Our visiting chefs will entertain you through the night as they introduce their menu and mingle with guests while wine experts talk you through their matches.

Seating at each event is communal so a great time is guaranteed whether you are a table of 2 or 20.

Tickets are $150 per person and are available online now.

The first dinner in the series will be held over Carnivale weekend and will feature a menu by industry legends, Philip Johnson and Raymond Capaldi. Both chefs have been influential in shaping the Australian dining and food scene as we know it today.
