Times
City Pickup at 12:30pm and returns 6:00pm

You will be collected from your Cairns CBD accommodation as you travel in air-conditioned comfort with your local guide. Your afternoon tour begins at the water’s edge at the Cairns Marlin Marina, Gateway to the Great Barrier Reef.

St. Monica’s Cathedral
This Heritage Listed cathedral, dedicated as a memorial to the Battle of the Coral Sea, houses 24 amazing stained-glass windows, depicting the story of creation. They are reputably the largest themed stained-glass windows in the world.

Cairns Museum
A dedicated guide will take you on an exclusive tour to discover the story of Cairns and living in the tropics. Stories of heat, hard work, cane, rainforests and reefs.

Afternoon Tea
Take a break and enjoy a delicious Devonshire Afternoon Tea at Noa’s Café in the leafy suburb of Edge Hill.

Cairns Botanic Gardens
Renown as one of the best exhibitions of tropical plants in Australia, your guided tour will showcase key areas of the gardens, including the Conservatory and the Aboriginal Plant Use section.

Barron River Gorge National Park
Relax and enjoy the sights – Have your camera at the ready as we visit a spectacular lookout with views over the city of Cairns’ and the Coral Sea, before continuing to Lower Barron River Gorge National Park and Surprise Creek Falls.

Palm Cove
Take a stroll along the jetty or on the sand on this picture-perfect beach, fringed with coconut trees. Nestled behind the beach is the quiet seaside suburb of Palm Cove, with its’ magnificent paperbark trees. Sit back and relax on the return drive back to Cairns to your chosen accommodation at approx. 6.00pm.
