Brilliant day!! We liked the steep train journey down into the rainforest. Loved Featherdale Wildlife Park which was nice and small, lots of indigenous creatures to get up close and personal with. Enjoyed the river cruise back on the Parramatta. Summing up though I'd say our day trip was made hugely enjoyable by our absolutely fantastic driver-guide Joe Kennedy. He never stopped talking /entertaining / informing us for the entire time we were in transit, and gave us good tips for feeding the wildlife at Featherdale. We really felt he couldn't have done anything more to ensure we had a good day out. Arguably you couldn't get a more hardworking, knowledgeable, caring, good humoured and positive person to show you around any destination. He's definitely a credit to AAT Kings.

Blue Mountains in Style. We are a group of 6 (4 adults and 2 child). We opted for the small group tour that included breakfast in Leura Village, stops to admire the Three Sisters, took the three Scenic World Rides, and see kangaroos and koalas up close at the Featherdale Wildlife Park. The tour was excellent . . . a big Thanks to our guide Smokey. The tour was very informative and interactive. The sights were highlighted more by our very dynamic, smart and witty Smokey. The trip is a must when you visit Sydney and if possible take the trip with Smokey as the guide.
