Exclusions: Nitrox fills, seasickness tablets, souvenirs/merchandise, professional photo services, personal items such as towels and swimmers.
Itinerary:
During the 90-minute journey to the outer reef, savour a delicious breakfast and receive a full briefing on the day’s activities.
After the morning diving and snorkelling session, relax on the sundeck or participate in our Citizen Science project and contribute to valuable research that is helping to protect the reef. A delicious tropical lunch will be prepared by our in-house chefs, using seasonal produce sourced from local suppliers.
While you relax over lunch, the skipper will move the boat to a new reef location in preparation for the afternoon diving and snorkelling session.
Conclude your day by uploading your sightings to the Eye on the Reef database whilst enjoying a well-earned beverage and cheese and cold cuts platter.
7:30 am: Guest check-in commences
8:00 am: Depart Cairns Marlin Marina, C Finger
9:30 am: Approximate arrival at the first dive/snorkelling site
12:30 pm: Lunch served
1:00 pm: Vessel moves to the second dive/snorkelling site
2:30 pm: Depart the second reef site
4:00 pm: Arrive back into Cairns

Custom designed for diving and snorkelling, Tusa Reef Tours incorporates the latest technology and environmental best practices, including greater fuel efficiency through improved hull design, and a full 2-stage waste treatment plant on board.
Tusa Reef Tours continues the tradition of smaller passenger numbers and excellent service on board. We limit passenger numbers to just 40 guests on each trip to ensure a premium experience for all.

Note for Divers: For guests over the age of 65, a dive medical is requested for your own safety.
As a certified diver, generally a dive medical is not required. However, if the diver has a medical condition contraindicative to diving (for example asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, heart or lung disorders), or you are taking prescription medication, you are required to provide a medical certificate, stating you are ‘fit to scuba dive’ in consideration of the medical condition or medications

I had an amazing day diving with TUSA. I couldn't fault the trip at all. The crew onboard, the food, dive sites and the vessel were fantastic. It really is the best dive vessel for a day trip in Cairns.
Out of all the dive sites I have seen the whole setup with Tusa T5 has been the best I have seen in a par with the red sea shames its just so far away
