Stop 1: Lake Barrine National Park & Heritage Tea House
Full breakfast: A 1-hour drive from Cairns via the scenic Gillies Highway brings you to the cool atmosphere of the Atherton Tablelands. Lake Barrine, a water-filled crater left by a volcanic eruption approximately 10,000 years ago, is hidden in World Heritage Rainforest. Enjoy a delicious breakfast of local produce and a special 'Lake Barrine' coffee or local tea at the charming 80-year-old lakeside teahouse.

Stop 2: Surprise stop - Morning tea
Brett and the team have a surprise in store for you at this stop.

Stop 3: Australian Platypus Park
Gourmet lunch: Visit the Australian Platypus Park, home to a thriving platypus population in a spring-fed pond surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. Take a wander to see these wonderful creatures in their natural environment and indulge in flavored handcrafted smoked products paired with local Australian native herbs and spices for lunch.

Stop 4: Gallo Dairyland
Chocolate tasting: Head towards the historic village of Atherton and explore Gallo Dairyland, a fully operational dairy farm with handcrafted chocolates and a gourmet cheese factory. Sample the delicious cheeses and Swiss-style filled chocolates while enjoying the picturesque landscape. Meet friendly animals before continuing the journey.

Stop 5: The Humpy Nut World
Tropical fruits & nuts tasting: Experience the patchwork of farmland, diverse crops, and rolling green hills at The Humpy Nut World. Taste seasonal fruits and a variety of hot local peanuts and macadamia nuts. Take your time to browse this unique grocery store and shop for fresh Atherton Tablelands produce.

Stop 6: Mt Uncle Distillery
Liqueurs & spirits tasting: Visit Mount Uncle Distillery, North Queensland’s first and only distillery, renowned as the Australian Distiller of the Year in 2017. Sample their award-winning liqueurs and spirits amidst the beautiful coffee and banana plantations. Explore the gardens and enjoy the ambiance.

Stop 7: Jaques Family Coffee Plantation
Coffee & liqueur tasting platter: Discover Jaques Family coffee plantation, a third-generation business with 85,000 Arabica Coffee trees. Learn about the coffee production process and savor a tasting platter of coffees, a unique tea made from the coffee bean shell, and lemonade scones with local jam, Mungali cream, and coffee liqueurs. Jaques Coffee is a proudly sustainable business adding further to its solar system in 2019, have a total of 470 solar panels now offsetting the entire operation from the farm pumping, tourist centre, Roastery coffee driers and processing mills producing up to 1 Megawatt of power per day.
