The tour then continues through Franklin-Gordon Wild Rivers National Park, part of the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area. This section includes rainforest, rivers, mountain areas, and west coast landscapes.
The group visits Queenstown, a mining town in western Tasmania. The guide shares information about the town and its surrounding landscape before the tour continues to lakeside accommodation for the night.

After leaving the west coast, the tour travels through rainforest areas to Cradle Mountain National Park. Guests may see wombats and other wildlife while exploring the park.
At Cradle Mountain National Park, guests can choose a walk based on their fitness and interest. The Dove Lake Circuit follows the edge of Dove Lake with views of Cradle Mountain, while Marions Lookout is a steeper walk with views across the national park.
The tour continues to secluded bush cabins in Central Tasmania. In the evening, guests enjoy a BBQ dinner and may have the chance to see wildlife such as quolls and wallabies near the accommodation.

The tour travels to the Bay of Fires on Tasmania’s north east coast. Guests spend time exploring the beaches and the coastal rocks covered with orange lichen.
The group then stops at a wildlife sanctuary for a Tasmanian devil feeding experience. This visit gives guests the chance to learn about Tasmanian devils and other local wildlife.
The tour continues to Bicheno on Tasmania’s east coast. Guests visit the Bicheno Blowhole and can take a coastal loop walk before staying overnight in the area.
